Start 25 will nor move beyond screen saver

My Start25 will nor move beyond screen saver. It will not move to show programming icons. Charged up but .....HELP

    How much free internal memory have you got as if this is below 400mb it can slow the device up. If it is limited then think about adding an extra memory card.

    Try the following. Firstly make sure the unit is well charged by using an Apple or similar phones mains charger plug that will take the TT units USB cable. Then press and hold in the TT units On/Off button for 20 seconds plus until you hear the drumroll sound then let button go.
