Can't load w/Europe 1 on my start 25, it had 2/3, I cannot load UK,

I've tried to load w/Europe 1 onto my device, I has w/Europe 2/3 but won't load 1, which has UK on it, memory card is formatted, just says something gone wrong, It Had UK on there, since last update UK has disappeared, how do I get UK on my device, done a soft reset.

    You cannot load all 3 maps, the device has a 16gb card, lots of space, it will only allow you to load 2 maps😳 my question is why? As before it had all 3 maps, but it now only allows me to load 2. So an answer from Tom Tom would be helpful
