My device is no longer linked

I am trying to update my device but it was originally connected to my company vehicle which I have now purchased. The device was originally registered to Sci Qual International and my login was [email protected] I am now getting a message that says the device currently connected to my computer is not linked. Is it possible to link this back to me under my new email address which I have [email protected]

    Welcome to the community! Could you do a factory reset and then try linking the device to your new account using TomTom HOME?
