Blue&Me TomTom 2 Live won't connect to computer and TomTom HOME

Hello one and all,

I recently got a Blue&Me TomTom 2 Live. As soon as I connect it to my laptop, the device is immediately recognized by MyDrive Connect. Unfortunately, the device is not recognized by TomTom HOME and by my laptop. It can't be the cable, because the device is recognized in MyDrive Connect. The programs have been recently installed, so they are up to date.

Do you have any suggestions what I can do?

    Hi @JerzydL
    The Blue and Me model is not compatible to be updated via TomTom HOME software application. MyDrive Connect is the application to update the contents on the device.
