GO 5000 Maps Disappeared

I was updating a map and it stopped then , the message came up "No Maps Available" . I have used the support BOT and done what it said however, the corrupted Map is not showing, no maps at all. Sent a request to speak to a technical helper, I have a reference number 145917 but no contact as yet. Anyone got any thoughts on how to cure this? I have no traffic, my places, speed cameras just that message "No Maps Available". Thanks for any suggestions. Alan Mac.

    Yes I have. My point is, there are NO MAPS there. It says to scroll down to My Maps and see the corrupted file and try to re download it, there are no maps. I have Lifetime Map Updates & Live Traffic & Speed Cameras. The only thing that is showing is the speed cameras. Thanks for replying.
