TomTom Rider 400 does not show imported tracks no route is visible
I recently bought a motorcycle with a Rider400 one year old on it. It works fine to import and synchronize tracks on it and I can also select the route at "my routes" but when I want to start driving, no route is visible. The device keeps sending me back to my home address. The Rider works fine on its own, because if I enter a single final destination, it navigates just fine. I import GPX files that just work on a GPX viewer. The device has already been completely reset, but that doesn't help either. Anyone has a suggestion?

First see if you can delete the current route via the menu options and start again.
If this doesn't help, I would reset the device to factory settings.
I also assume that you use MyDrive Connect to synchronize your device.
