Can I have a replacement mount?

My Go 6000 mount started drooping a couple of months after I bought the device,, I managed to get by moving mount down screen so it rested on the dashboard. It has now failed completely and the suction cup has no sticking properties at all.
As the mount should obviously last the life of the device, will tomtom please send me a free replacement?

It is the cartography which is free for life not the GPS is still less the support of the GPS.0
