Lifetime maps missing from GO 60

My Go 60 should have lifetime maps, but they appear to be missing when i connect to my computer and try to update

    Welcome to the Community! I've added the correct map subscription on your GO device (Serial# starts with VC), please make a soft reset on the device and connect to update the maps again.
