Cannot checkout of shop

Hi, I have downloaded the My Drive Connect software and am trying to add a Spain map to my device. I have added the map to my basket in the tomtom store, inputted my pay details and clicked activate. But the screen does not change. I have tried different payment options but still no luck. The screen does not change after numerous attempts. I have allowed notifications and popups.
Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Vikram,
thanks very much for your reply. No luck I'm afraid. I tried 3 different browsers and cleared cookies of each.
Once again, when I get to my shopping basket and enter my billing details I click on "Activate Now" but nothing happens.
