GO600 Speed Cameras Disappeared Following Map Update

Every time I download and install a map update, my speed cameras disappear.
Normally, I hold the on/off button down until the TomTom logo appears (and the tom toms sound) and it fixes the issue.
I have just installed the v1085 map update but the above method no longer works.
My device is showing that I have speed camera updates subscription.
Does anyone know how to fix this very frustrating problem please?

On Mydrive connect, delete the speed cameras then reinstall, check that your GPS speed cameras are activated.0

Thank you Willy875. I followed your advice. The good news is that my speed camera alerts are back. The bad news is that the alerts are random. I have been testing it all day and it makes no difference if I have input an address into the device or I am just driving around. I estimate that only 30% of speed cameras are being detected at the moment.0

All of my warnings are set to ALWAYS.
Resetting my device doesn't work like it once did.
Do you have an email address for TomTom support?
I can't believe they shut down their support because of Covid. Every other organisation in the world has/had their support team members working from home. It's not rocket science.
Also, do you know what the problem is with the TomTom website? It constantly refreshes making it very difficult to navigate.0 -
