How can I get my speedometer to show constantly on CarPlay?

Why doesn’t the speedometer show constantly. Why and when does it decide to be visible and why and when does it decide to go away.

    If by speedometer you mean actual vehicle speed, it is always displayed unless you lose GPS connection.

    But if you mean road speed limit, this is only displayed if the information is available.

    The vehicle speed does not constantly show. It seems like it has a mind of its own. When you accelerate it shows, then it goes away. Then comes back for a cuple seconds. Then it’s gone. This is on CarPlay iOS 15.3. It seems like every time I look to see how fast I’m going it’s not there.
