How can I manually change or ask TomTom to update a road?

I have a road directly opposite my work that has a 7.5t weight limit however, my new TomTom Expert routes me to go down that road. I have also noticed my device wanting me to go down roads clearly marked up "unsuitable for HGV's".
Is there a way I can change these restrictions manually or report them to TomTom directly for a later update?
