TT5100 different email account than tomtom computer, no mydrive sync. how to save my places

my tomtom account on my tomtom 5100 is an old email address. therefore mydrive doesn't sync and can't log in. Mydrive on my computer is linked to new email address.
to get my tt5100 linked to my actual email address, i need to reset to factory, however don't want to loose my places stored in my tt.
how to back up and restore my places after I have reset my tt and connected to my current email address?

    On the GO 5100....
    Check... Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) --> Tomtom Services... Are you logged into MyDrive ???
