No gprs signal, also not after sort reset, hard reset, change battery...still no GPRS signal

I see that it is available in the info list but "no signal" and the info "try again later". How can I reset this or is it possible that TOMTOM can do a reset that it will reconnect again?
(checked links here, checked tomtom movies, checked replies also here in previous messages, check to have it working via usb, sim looks fine ...but no changes and no gprs if you drive arround)

I don't know if you removed the Sim card with a pair of pliers, clean it, reinsert it and test.
After that, I think only customer service can help you with live services.0 -

As I suggested when you raised the same question as below let’s see what @VikramK has to say after he has checked your units settings on the TT servers. If the Settings need changing there is nothing you can do to sort that yourself.
