Can you get dead end warnings on 620 professional truck satnav?

I was given a tomtom 620 professional satnav but can’t seem to find dead end warnings anywhere on it, has this feature been taken away and if so why? Seems crazy not to have it on a satnav designed for truckers, far safer to be notified about a dead end as not all roads offer a sign to tel you and its more hazardous to reverse back out of a dead end onto a main road than to reverse in to a side street from a main road.

    Have you checked that it is the truck map that is installed on your GPS?

    Yes, definitely the truck map, i have inputted all the correct dimensions of the truck into the unit. The unit gives Truck, van, caravan, camper and car options but as said earlier no where for dead end warnings.
    Is there anyway via my drive or mydrive app to fix this?
