    Those links just flick through several pages then stop. No help there at all.

    The links work delete your cookies or change your browser.

    I keep having to click on 'accept all cookies' & have tried another browser. The links flash up but disappear.

    I succeeded with the email-only link above but only after I cleared the cookies as suggested. As I only cleared them out recently seems odd to have needed to do it again but, that worked. The chat or email option only took me to the general page but I'd rather a person - although the help I have often had is hit and miss...

    Hi @PaulBee

    If you want to try to connect to Chat then try the following.

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in, and not before, Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Support Box appears and at the bottom with a message option
    Type Contact or Chat in the box
    If Chat is available, normal working hours Mon/Fri, you should be offered the chance to Tap Live Chat

    If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.

    Thanks for posting the e-mail link in this forum. I have been wrestling with the TomTom support site for 2 hours trying to find it!!

    The Chatbot facility was absolutely no use whatsoever - I'm trying to sort out a problem with my account and it won't let me through without a serial number, which I don't have because I use an app. I had a chat window open for an hour with absolutely no response, although it said 'Connected'.

    I wonder if Tom Tom have ever tried their own contact system!
