Why is my payment for a new map instantly rejected. No reason given by TomTom.
I have a GO600 which I recently connected to MyDrive Connect and successfully updated the map of Australia which was a free upgrade. I then selected the map of Europe and paid via Paypal (existing account more than 10 years) buy the payment was rejected by TomTom but no reason given and I cannot find any way to contact them. I sent an email to [email protected] but have not received a reply.
