TomTom HOME app says the SD card is not connected and it is write protected.

This hasn't happened before. My Mac can see the card but the app doesn't recognise the card. The carminat device is not showing as linked to my account.

    Welcome to the Community! This has two possible causes:
    • When the SD card has been locked with the switch on the card. This disables read/write options. In this case, Unlock the SD card to enable read/write options.
    • If it's not the switch on the SD card then it could be the internal memory that might be corrupted. Here you need to perform a complete restore of the device including a format of the memory.
