    From Mydrive connect did you try to download the voice again

    Welcome to the community! I have activated computer voice 'Serena' for your TomTom Start 20, could you connect the device to the computer and check for updates in MyDrive Connect?

    I updated it again but I still have Lucie Nederlands (Belgium) and it's not working
