Amigo availability in Ukraine

Hi TomTom.
I am wondering, why Amigo is not available in Ukraine Google Play Store.
Actually i am able to install it using third party Store, for example Aurora Store.
BTW TomTom go is available ;-)

P.S. Traffic applications in Kyiv, Ukraine are quite popular.
