How to download speed camera file.

I just bought this file. When I click on activate I am directed to a page that shows an invoice and wants me to pay again (and at a lower price) going round in circles and getting nowhere! Advice please.

    If it's new after buying the speed cameras you connect your GPS to Mydrive connect is you download the file.
