TomTom Go on iPhone. Not As Accurate Now.

I have had the go app installed on an iPhone for quite a lot of years now, and recently it has not been as accurate at finding addresses as it used to be, it started playing up a few months ago to the point that it is now next to useless at taking you to the door like it did before and not being able to enter the house number and street name, it will only let you enter the street name on streets that would in the past allow the number as well, showing you exactly where the house is, which isn’t very good when your trying to find a house number in the dark.
Anyone else had this problem?

Thanks for your reply, one example is a street in York UK, 8 Asquith Avenue York, if you type the address in it takes you to number 16, the number is in the right place if you click on the app, but the app doesn’t take you to it entering the address.
Another is 37 Bowland Way York, the app won’t accept the house number, it will only accept the street name, there are more, but cant remember them all, I do have a tomtom go 6000 updated and that accepts those address and takes you to the door with out issue.
Thanks for your reply.

Thanks for the details. Could this be related to online search (Menu > TomTom Services)?
Online search enabled:
Online search disabled:
Edit: It should say Online Search, not Online Routing

Hi, yes turning off online search has same results as you, seems strange it wasn’t causing an issue in the past, just to add after changing that setting also directs you to the right house on Asquith Avenue also, thanks for your help with this issue0
