subscription expired 6250

Hello, what happened to another user happened to me as I saw, I bought the tomtom go professional 6250, but gprs info trafic and speed camera says subscription expired, I paid for a lifetime subscription, can you restore?

    I'm receiving a message when I start the TomTom Go app on my iPhone, Subscription Ended. When I press continue and choose Yearly Plan and press purchase, I receive a message that I'm currently subscribed until Dec 2022. I am unable to use the app.
