Hi guys, I've recently updated my truck 6000's speed camera & live traffic but the problem I'm having is that it won't connect to TomTom services, It just always says please try again later :#
if I can get any help with this it would be much appreciated:)

    Are you taking the test away from home?

    Contact customer service to see with them if your Sim card is not deactivated.

    Hi , Thanks for the help but it made no difference, The device won't connect to TomTom services when not connected to my pc, maybe it's faulty

    Yes I'm a truck driver so it's been all over and around London still with no effect, I have a feeling the sim has been deactivated or faulty

    Even with the device connected to my PC live traffic isn'tctxj4bncslp3.jpg
    working so that confirms it must be the sim
