I've bought a subscription for speed cameras but it won't show as an update on my device.

I purchased a monthly subscription to speed cameras, I have the email receipt, but my device won't update to install them. It has updated other things but not this.
There seems to be no way to contact anyone at TomTom accounts, which is pretty unusual for a seemingly reputable company. Should I ask for PayPal to cancel the payment and start again.

    Speed camera updates are Tuesday and Thursday
    you try it from the GPS?
    try to connect your GPS to Mydrive connect and check if the update is available.

    Thanks for all your help. Especially those who showed me how to email TomTom. The Chatbot link didn't work, I think it is either down or there is a bug. I can't understand why their customer service policy seems to be hiding contact addresses from customers.
    In the end I had to do out for a meeting and when I came back four hours later it seemed to have corrected itself.
    A simple line when they acknowledge your payment that it might take 24 hours to take effect could save all the problems.
    But thanks to you all. Your help was really appreciated.

    The phone service has been suspended (Indefinitely)

    (Monday to Friday Normal Office Hours)
