New Tom Tom go essential issues

Many problems - Bluetooth connectivity not enough to use mobile phone data for live traffic, having to use Wi-Fi hotspot on phone but still intermittent; no live speed camera alerts on sat nav yet supposed to have 6 months free? Live traffic (when working) says due to expire 27.01.22 when it’s supposed to be lifetime? Can anyone help at all please otherwise I will have to return for a refund ☹️
