No Maps Available on Start 52, but Connect says they are installed.

Apprentice Seeker

Does anyone out there know how to resolve this? Connect says my Start 52 has UK map installed. Device says No Maps Available. I have Restarted, Recovered, Updated, Removed Maps content (even though it wasn't there) and reinstalled (still not there!)

Sorry for my long delay in getting back to you, I've only just got me, the device, and a computer together in one place!
Many thanks for your input. However, unfortunately, in spite of my best effort to follow instructions precisely it hasn't worked. Still connect tells me the map is in the content of my device, but the device says it has no map.
Any ideas?
