Is there any actual phone help available-cannot access my new purchase

Is there an actual way to get my newly purchased UK map from the TomTom website to the laptop, onto the USB and actually into the car. Cannot find any useful help anywhere.

    Due to COVID-19 & Staff working from home….
    The phone service has been suspended (Indefinitely)

    The way of contacting Customer Services has changed
    For Tomtom Support Email or Chat lines...
    (Monday to Friday Normal Office Hours)
    Chat… Will be available during Normal Office Hours
    Email… Will be available outside of Normal Office Hours

    Hi @WadeD

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in, and not before, Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Support Box appears and at the bottom with a message option
    Type Contact or Chat in the box
    If Chat is available, ie during normal working hours Mon/Friday, you should be offered the chance to Tap Live Chat
    If it is Out of Hours for Chat you should be offered an option to message
    I would recommend you use Chat

    If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.

    If the purchase is in progress, you must wait a little while before the card is available in your account.
