Lifetime maps, traffic and Speed camera expire soon GO 620

Hello support team, I have bought a tom-tom go 620 new this week but the lifetime maps and speed camera service says its expire soon. On the box it says lifetime maps and speed camera updates - when i go on the website it says i need to purchase it ?

Can this be fixed on TomTom's side.

    After doing reset the device get services Activated .
