Hi
I am trying to connect TT GO 60 to Samsung S20 but the phone is not detected by the GPS.
MyDrive is running. The phone also can't see the GPS. I was able to connect the GPS to a Huawei P10.
Also, I can connect the phone to other Bluetooth devices.
Any advice?
Thank you

Hi @trado42
Welcome to the community!
We could try a fresh pairing with the phone. My suggestion would be to try out few steps below-
1. Factory reset the GO 60.
Main menu- Settings- System- Reset device.
To avoid losing your stored favourites on the device you can create a back-up using MyDrive.. See user guide
2. Delete any existing pairing on the smartphone.
Touch Settings.
Touch Connections.
Touch Bluetooth.
Touch the Options icon next to the device you want to unpair.
Touch Unpair.
The pairing has been removed.
Restart the phone.
3. Now try pairing it again-

Hi Vikram
Thank you for your suggestions. I tried all of them with no luck. At this point, I am curious if anyone was able to connect to a Samsung S20 as I suspect an incompatibility issue.
The GPS can see available Bluetooth devices, same as the phone, but they can not see each other.

I am having the same issue with a S20 FE 5G. Cannot see the phone on the Go 60 or the Go 60 on the phone. Did the factory reset.0
