VIA 135 MyDrive Connect says "getting ready" for over an hour

I updated to the latest version.
It had some difficulty connecting so I turned off the VIA 135 and it connected. Then all it did was say "getting ready" for over an hour.
Does anyone know why it is doing this.
The VIA 135 comes with lifetime map updates.

In the settings of Mydrive connect check so that the updates are downloaded first on the computer.0

If I'm having problems with MyDrive Connect....
I find deleting the "HOME3" and the "MyDrive Connect" folders in the MyDrive Connect Program will usually bring MyDrive Connect back to life...

I dont see the mydrive conect or appdata folders in "my computer name" where are they0

I cant find those folders so I uninstalled mydriceconnect and installed it again. should get rid of the old folders?0

Re... Deleting & Reinstalling MyDrive Connect....
I also use the >> FREE << version of Revo Uninstaller....
The main advantage of using the Revo Uninstaller is that Revo first uninstalls the Program using the Windows default uninstaller ... Then scans and removes any of the leftover files from MyDrive Connect that the default Windows uninstall leaves behind....
