Hi @Michael999
Welcome to the community!
Are you running MyDrive Connect on a laptop connected to WiFi internet?
If yes, could try connecting to a wired connection and see if it works?
Thanks, Vikram0 -
I am running it on a laptop and I am connected to Wi-Fi. I don't want to connect to a wired connection - I want the pop up to stop occurring. I don't really care if I don't use My Drive Connect so if I delete the app will the pop up stop?0

Hi Michael
I would first try to quit the application from the notification area-
Right-click the MyDrive Connect icon and quit the app.
Your suggestion to uninstall or delete the application perhaps could work, but you might have to install it again for updating your TomTom in future.
In the meanwhile, I found another helpful comment from one of our users, it's worth a try....

I just had this issue on Windows 10 as well. I checked the Windows Firewall settings and found that the TomTom My Drive Connection was not listed in the outbound rules. I created a new rule using the install path "C:\Program Files (x86)\MyDrive Connect\TomTom MyDrive Connect" Application and allowed it full access. I restarted the App by doing and "End Task" in the Task Manager, then starting it from the Start menu. All good now.
Thanks, Vikram.0 -
Ive just come out of lock-down and isolation to find my tomtom has no internet connection and I can not get onto the services I used to have is there a way to reboot these or has my devise died and I need to replace again?0
