Live Services is not renewing Mazda NB1

I have an in-built TomTom navigation device in my Mazda (Mazda NB1). I recently renewed my live services for another year on my TomTom account online. However my sat nav is not recognising the renewal and I am not getting my lives services anymore. I have tried rebooting my sat nav (by taking out the SD card and replacing it before turning on the engine) however it still does not recognise. Any ideas?

    Complete reset to factory settings, then do not log into your tomtom account on the device.

    Hi, I have purchased a new live subscription for my 2014 Mazda NB1 system, (the live services have not been renewed for a few years) however the network won't connect, iv tried updating the SD and factory resetting the head unit but no luck. Can anyone help?

    If you have stayed more than 18 months without having renewed the live service, the Sim card is deactivated and it is no longer possible to reactivate it.
