    I have the same problem, iOS 15.1 TomTom go just sits at the loading app page until it crashes. Tried rebooting my iPhone and obviously removing the app from memory.

    I am coming to the conclusion that TomTom don’t want users that use apple products.

    IPhone 12 Pro Max and iOS 15.1

    They are working on a fix. But who knows when it’ll be out.

    Hello Everyone,

    There was an update for iOS 15.1 a few days ago on the 29th, can you try to update and see if that fixes it?

    This is a known bug Tomtom is working on a fix.

    As a workaround, quit the app and start it again.

    Just just got in car and CarPlay says Loading App.

    I have tried quitting the app and start again, I have rebooted my phone, I have removed the app and installed again, no matter what I do the app will not start on my new iPhone 13 Pro Max.
    Are there any news about the fix?

    I have to restart the app, more often. even up to 4 of 5 times, every day. Maybe Tomtom should give more urgency at releasing this fix!!

    I Got an update yesterday that seem to have fixed the issue. Strange update message though in a language I couldn’t. Recognize

    Still not fixed on iOS 15.1.1 and TomTom Go 2.8.1 which is just out

    App is still not working .. subscription ran out will not be renewing. Very dissatisfied by response (or lack of response ) by TOMTOM. Don’t seem to be bothered about long term customers. Goodbye.

    Getting to be the same here too. Have until 4 Jan before my Sub runs out.
    Going to see how it goes but to be honest I am impressed with the built in sat nav in my car so no need to fund TomToms lack of support any more.
    The only thing I can think of is that this is actually an iOS (Apple) issue and only apple can fix it. 🤨
    Possible TomTom can’t comment because well you know apple. 😃

    Latest update. The app still won't start. Unbelievable. The only app on my phone that won't start. Do TomTom actually have experienced programmers or are they all trainees?

    I have already moved on to Apple Maps. Can't be restarting app several times and phone when I'm wanting to drive somewhere
