LIVE Services not active on my mazda built in sat nav

I recently bought live services and a map update on my account, the map updates have worked fine but I have no live services, could someone explain what I need to do to activate them please

    Welcome to the community! The previous subscription for LIVE Services ended last year (October 2020).
    The subscription can be reviewed on our webshop-

    Also, the services for map updates have ended in March 2020, are you sure you have the latest map v10.75 installed?

    I bought Live services for 1 year and 1 year map updates on the 25th July on order ref #412025478

    I do have an old portable TomTom device as well though, have I assigned them to the wrong device somehow ? and if so is it fixable ?

    Contact Customer Support via Chat

    There are no phone lines to Customer Support since the start of Covid

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in, and not before, Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and at the bottom is a message option
    Type Contact or Chat in the box
    If Chat is available you should be offered the chance to Tap Live Chat
    If it is Out of Hours for Chat you should be offered an option to message

    If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.
