Missing poi’s in my places (list view) on New TomTom GO Discover

I currently have 1,500 poi’s in My Places on My Drive App (all works fine)

My New TomTom GO Discover Device have 500 poi’s missing from the bottom of the list

Note: The same issue applies to 3x TomTom GO 6200 devices & my new TomTom GO Discover device
I have had this issue for over three years with multiple emails to support team & also reset/returned multiple devices
This issue is not contained to just one device Please elevate this issue to the highest level

    Wow, that one hell of a list of MyPlaces....
    I see you say you have the full list on the MyDrive App...
    Do you see the full list on the MyDrive Web Route planner ???

    I realize this is not a fix for the GO Discover device, as you can't use 3rd party POI's....
    But for the other devices.... You could use a Personal POI Category to replace the Myplaces list and of course a Personal POI Category can be searched....

    (1)... Many users have asked for the facility to back up their MyPlaces to a PC
    The MyDrive Route planner allows you to download your data from the Tomtom Cloud

    Hi. I have the same poi problem with the Go Expert. All my poi's are on the my drive app and are shown on the map, but I have quite a few missing on the actual list view on the sat nav. They do however come up if I search for them on it. Seems strange. Is there a limit to how many are shown on the list view on the Go Expert?

    Looks like there is a poi limit in the list view on the Expert. I just deleted 4 poi's from my places on the device and 4 others were available to view at the bottom of the list, although they were all available to see and search on the My Drive app. Seems very strange again. What's going on Tomtom.?
