RADAR monthly subscription shows expired tomtom

I bought radars update monthly subscription , purchase in progress and payment registered. When entering MyDrive connect it still appears that it is expired and I do not get the new purchase to update it.

    The order is showing as active on your account.
    Could you do a soft reset and check again?
