    Hi @Igor9499
    The SIM card on the Carminat TomTom gets deactivated or disabled when there is no active subscription(LIVE Services) for 3 years.

    I reviewed your account and I see the previous subscription ended in 2015. More info on our support article

    You can contact our customer service to raise a refund request.

    Igor - did you buy the subscription? Even after you replace sim card you will still need to pay for subscription. Also replacing SIM card is unofficial way and is not really supported by TomTom.

    My problem is the following: I bought the Update from the Live service on October 23, the previous one had been finished for 15 days (October 8, 2021). I have been invoiced and debited for my 49.95 euros. But this service no longer works. My SD card is recognized on my computer (TomTom Home) But when I put the SD card in the device on the dashboard I get the following message: "Invalid username or password. To create an account MyTomTom, use TomTomHome ". And yet on TomTomHome it works.
    If I go to TomTom Service on the car screen I get the message: "An error has occurred on the TomTom server. Please try again".
    I try again 2/3 times ... But it doesn't work

    Mon problème est le suivant: j'ai acheté la MaJ du sevice Live le 23 octobre le précédent était terminé depuis 15 jours (8 oct 2021) J'ai bien été facturé et débité de mes 49,95 euros. Mais ce service ne fonctionne plus. Ma carte SD est bien reconnue sur mon ordinateur (TomTom Home) Mais lorsque je mets la carte SD dans l'appareil au tableau de bord j'ai le message suivant: "Nom d'utilisateur ou mot de passe invalide. Pour créer un compte MyTomTom, utilisez TomTomHome". Et pourtant sur TomTomHome ça passe.

    You don't need to login inside your device! if you login, it will stop working. Please do factory reset - it should help
