Live 1005 not connecting to PC and TTMyDrive can't connect to TT web site from it's internal login

Helo.
Although cable is good (tried also with other 3 cables) my Live 1005 is not recognised by TTMydrive and also it is not showing under Device Manager->Network Devices.
Tried to reinstall TTMydrive couple of times, connect it from recovery mode but still not recognised :angry:
Also it internal login menu can't log to TT's site saying username and password are wrong. I have registration to TT with my email address because TT do not allow any other username than email address.

    Welcome to the Community! Please contact support via Chat/Email and I hope they can look into this. Maybe try to check this on another machine and see if it's recognized on it.

    Hello.
    Checked on 3 other computers.
    Same result.
    Checked with other cables. The same situation.
