TomTom Start not recognized
We have a TomTom Start (Device Number starts with AY, App Number with 12.071. from 2013, Map of Europe from 2016). It hasn't been updated since 2016 it seems. I have tried "MyDrive Connect" but the device is not recognized. I tried all the tips on the webpages to update or reset the drive in Windows 10, to no avail. How should I proceed to update the maps?
