Giving up on TomTom

For over a year TomTom has incorrectly marked roads in NSW as unsealed and routed around them .
For over a year Google maps has them correctly marked and routes through them.
For over year I have been reporting this to TomTom.
For over a year the MapShare app says the issue is 'fixed' - when it isnt.
For over a year, despite many map updates this has not been fixed.
For over a year TomTom GO chooses the wrong route between Canberra and Huskisson because it thinks the road is unsealed.
I do not know why I am paying a TomTom subscription and I shall not be renewing.

    Yet an example of the map update not doing what is promised. When will be this finally fixed?

    So its not just me?
    Incredibly frustrating that FREE apps (Google and Apple) show the correct route. TomTom which I stupidly pay for - shows the wrong route that is 45 mins longer.

    and here's a screen show of Mapshare showing where Braidwood road becomes dirt unsealed) - except actually it doesnt and has been sealed for years! God this is frustrating.

    Certainly not. There are many discussions about the new maps are not delivering what has been promised.
