Radar package bought / download?

Just bought radar package 1 year, how do I download it to my TT 5200?

    No need to buy the Radar service, speed cameras are free on the Go 5200

    Hi and welcome to the forum where TomTom users help each other.

    The Go5200 has lifetime Speedcameras. You do not need to buy the Speedcam service.
    I would suggest that you contact support so they can refund your money and activate the lifetime cameras.

    I read that TT stop updating the speed cameras to what they consider a certain lifetime for the device.
    Now I bought the radar service, have the device connected to the pc but it doesn't update... wonder if it's a pc limitation?

    Disconnect your Go from your computer and perform updates over Wi-Fi

    Done! So far it doesn't show any radar update... do you know how long will it take to show up for update? Bought the radar file a few hours ago. And how does TT know It's this device that needs to be updated?

    Come back tomorrow the moderator @VikramK will look at your account and assign you the lifetime speed cameras on your device

    Welcome to the community! Your TomTom already comes with speed camera updates for the lifetime of the device. The subscription you ordered (1 year) is not required. You can contact our customer service to raise a refund request.

    Could you try reinstalling speed cameras, see the steps in my comment here -

    There are no phone lines working try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and at the bottom is a message option
    Type Contact or Chat in the box
    If Chat is available you should be offered the chance to Tap Live Chat
    If it is Out of Hours for Chat you should be offered an option to message

    If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.
