Major problems

I have a valid monthly speedcam subscription, ends 20.10. , my device has a constant internet connection. Tomtom has charged my Paypal account but gave no speedcam update, instead even the old data has disappeared. Even if I ended my subscription, who gave tomtom the right to erase my old data which I have paid for? Device said "renew your subscription" (or something like that) yesterday, tomtom charged me on 17th. I´m losing my patience...

    Welcome to the site....
    There has been a change in the Speed cam subscriptions... The Tomtom subscriptions now 'Auto Renew' by default....

    Note... If your subscription has expired you will NOT get any Speed cam warning on the device, even the old database is still installed on the device....

    As I said, I have a valid subscription, Tomtom has charged me on 17th, subscription ends on 20.10. Device has constant internet connection, old data erased etc. etc. This makes me wonder, is your reply a standard copy/paste? Or was I somehow unclear. If I was, please forgive me.

    Are you saying your GO Basic is not giving you Speed Cam Warning ??? Or are you saying you are not receiving speed cam Updates ???

    @VikramK or @lampard the Forum Moderators should pick this up on Monday and check/correct your Tomtom Speed Cam Account status.....

    Hi YFM. Yep, it doesn´t give warnings as none of the cameras are shown, old or new, or offer updates. I checked updates several times. And this is not the first time when this happens. My account status in MyDrive Connect says that I have a valid subscription.
