    Hi @bigmartin

Regrettably I have to say you have been onto a Scam site and not Tomtom. Tomtom do not have a phone line Customer Support and do not take over customers computers. I suggest that you check your computer as they have been using it.

If you still have any issues with your device then ask here and if users like myself cannot point you in the right direction then we can direct you to the real Tomtom Support via Chat or email who will help sort you.

Really sorry to have to tell you the above.

    Hi @bigmartin

There are no phone lines working since the start of Covid.

Try the following: with Chat enabling you to communicate with an individual.-

Tap Support at the top of this page
You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
Help Box appears and at the bottom is a message option
Type Contact or Chat in the box
If Chat is available you should be offered the chance to Tap Live Chat
If it is Out of Hours for Chat you should be offered an option to message

If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.

If you are able to indicate on here the webpages etc that were involved this will be useful to @Luca who monitors these issues and seeks to deal with them.
