I recently purchased a Go Supreme S/N ZE5191T00410 from TomTom Aus website. On the device it said that the expiry date for speed camera updates would be this month (September). Seeing it's included free for the support life of the device, I waited so see whether it would flick over to a future date...to no avail. It's stayed as expired for a week. How do you contact the moderator who fixes the issue i.e. it's rectified and needs a soft reset.
