Why won’t Tom Tom Go app recognize my subscription renewal?

Been happily using TT Go app on my iPhone. The subscription auto-renewed earlier in the month (got the Apple receipt) and everything. TT app just says awaiting renewal. I only use app on one iPhone device.

    Welcome to the Community! It would be nice if you can share a screenshot of this 'awaiting renewal' message screen. Are you able to use the app apart from that?

    The app still works for now, as it seemed to have forgotten me and gave me a one month free trial. I’d rather get this issue fixed before that trial expires!

    Unfortunately we sometimes see this mismatch between the migrated subscription still handled by us and the renewal handled by Apple. The app should just pick up the new subscription 24 October.
