My subscription doesn't work on iphone

Hi
I have been using the tomtom go mobile app for some time now, both for myself and for my wife. We both uses the app while driving motorcycles.
But now on my wife's new iPhone, we can't sign in and receive the subscription. It works on my android.
My wife uses app store with her own I'd, and subscription is in my name.
Please advise how to get the subscription on the iPhone. It worked on previous iPhone.

    Welcome to the Community! I think you renewed the subscription in July. The sharing worked before because your subscription was for old GO Mobile and assigned to the TomTom account.

    With the new GO Navigation app, Subscriptions are liked to the Google ID/Apple ID and not the TomTom account. Hence, can't be shared across platforms with your wife.

    Exactly if you buy the subscription through the Android play store you cannot use this subscription on your iPhone.
