    2.3 Delivery and risk of loss
    TomTom will endeavor to deliver the Product within 30 days of acceptance of the order. If more than one Product is ordered, TomTom reserves the right to deliver each Product separately. In addition, TomTom strives to make the Services available within 24 hours of order acceptance.

    A Product will be delivered to your delivery address. A Service will be downloadable or delivered and / or made available to you electronically. The risk of loss or damage to a Product will pass to you at the time the Product is delivered to you.     If you do not take delivery of the Product, TomTom reserves the right to charge you the reasonable cost of storing the Product until delivery can be made.

    Form my research and 25 years in logistics the shipment is still in the TomTom warehouse at La Vergne, TN. Waiting for staff to call UPS for pickup
