My new Go Premium X keeps quiet sometimes without instructions of voice

Installed instruction voice sometimes doesn´t speak, only mude road instructions shown on screen. Even when voice sign below is activated

    Have you tried a soft reset, already?

    Think u very much Vikram. My voice recorder is installed,
    and as I live in Spain, it's in Spanish language and the voice called MONICA
