terrible terrible customer services, ive got the same problem with my update and yes many roads were not added in the update almost causing me to have a major accident yesterday
I cannot find a phone number for tom tom that works
this once good company are now the worst0 -
The company was very quick to take the subscription but if you have a problem and log in to chat, the advisor just keeps saying log in. There must be a section in this company dedicated to to make customer service as difficult as possible.0

Based on your suggested missing roads sounds like you don’t have a recent map version on your device. Followed that route without issue with map version 10.50.
Regarding contacting Customer Support try the following.
Tap Support at the top of this page
Now you must sign in on next page top right.
Once signed in Tap Contact Us
Help Box appears Type Chat in message box
Tap Contact that now appears above it
During Chat hours you will be offered the chance to use Chat. In the Event the It is outside Chat hours you will be asked whether you want to send email.

I managed to find an email address which states help.tomtom.com but Gmail says this does not exist0
